How to enter the competition
1. Choose the tickets for the items you would like to win; every single ticket will give you a different entry, and then proceed to play.
2. Choose the image that answers the multiple-choice question and confirm.
3. Complete the payment.
4. You will receive an email with the details of your purchase and entry numbers.
Random draw and winner declaration
1. Once the competition ends, a Live random draw will take place at 7pm GMT the same day and a winner will be declared. The random draw will be streamed live on SoZèle’s channel.
2. The winner will be contacted, and free delivery of the prize will be arranged within 5 working days
3. Pictures of the winner receiving their prize will be uploaded to the website’s “Previous Winners” section.

Yes, there is a maximum number of tickets allocated per competition to maximize the winning odds of the participants and keep our users happy. We target a margin of 25% and we give some of the revenue to charities.
Generally, the competitions will run for 1 or 2 weeks, and the competition timer will show the remaining time live on the platform. Occasionally, if we haven’t sold enough tickets to cover our costs, we might have to extend the competition duration by a week to sell more tickets.
